Our goal here is to create a catalog of Open Source infrastructure software that is not infected by LLM rot, from software that does not accept LLM contributions at all (ideal) to software that only rejects contributions of LLM-generated code and documentation (the minimum bar).

   LLM-based coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor are not
   to be used on this project.
